A Meeting with a Representative of the MOST Programme at UNESCO Headquarters

How can we ensure that the results of social research translate into concrete actions and policy decisions?
This is one of the questions addressed by the MOST (Management of Social Transformations) program, whose representative (Mr. Tomas Austin) Dr. Dorota Kowalewska and prof. Maciej Kowalewski had the opportunity to meet at the UNESCO headquarters in Paris. The meeting gave us the opportunity to discuss possibilities for developing scientific cooperation and exchanging experiences, as well as the potential for incorporating a social perspective into UNESCO’s international initiatives.

MOST, which has been operating since 1993, is a UNESCO intergovernmental scientific program dedicated to the social sciences and humanities. Its goal is to strengthen cooperation between the academic community, public institutions, and civil society so that scientific knowledge can more effectively support decision-making processes.
